Abstract

Technological innovation is the ultimate foundation of competitiveness. The competitiveness of a country supposes the permanent improvement of the environment in which companies operate, which can be measured considering research and development, the labor force with high training and other indicators such as patent applications and increases in production not attributable to increases. in productive factors such as labor, capital and natural resources.
