Resumen

En el presente trabajo hacemos un breve repaso de la Teoría del Crecimiento Económico Endógeno (TCE), a partir del análi-sis del aporte precursor de Paul Romer y de otros importantes investigadores que han continuado el desarrollo de esta nueva corriente de pensamiento que superó el estancamiento que pa-decía la Teoría del Crecimiento Económico e hizo posible que adquiera nueva importancia a partir de la década pasada.
