Synthesis of α-NaYF4: Er,Yb particles by the Solvothermal method for fluorescence by upconversion
Keywords:
upconversion , solvothermal methodAbstract
Using the solvohermal method it has been possible to syntetizeNaY F4particles in itsα−phase doped withEr3+andY b3+ions which replaceYwhen they incoporate in the red. In the process the autoclave was matainedat 170◦C. In this work we analize three samples obtained for 4 , 8 ad 12 hours of permanence of the auoclave in thefance. The upconversion phenomenum was obserbed for the last two samples, with a similar emission efficiency. We show the X ray diffraction pattern of this last sample and its emission for an excitation wavelength of 980 nm.
