Incidencia de la salud mental en los patrones del comportamiento del consumidor: Análisis de teoría de juegos

El análisis de la incidencia de la salud mental en el comportamiento del consumidor, utilizando la teoría de juegos, revela que la disposición inicial de los consumidores a actuar de manera segura es crucial para alcanzar una estabilidad segura. En comparación, los consumidores con trastornos de salud mental presentan un cierto retraso en sus elecciones estratégicas. El estudio demuestra que se puede disuadir a los consumidores de elegir comportamientos inseguros mediante incentivos positivos como, bonificaciones y negativos como, multas, con una sensibilidad similar entre ambos. Además, cuando se controla eficazmente la pérdida por riesgo de efectos indirectos, los consumidores tienden a adoptar comportamientos seguros de manera más rápida. Estos hallazgos ofrecen pautas valiosas para la gestión de la seguridad del consumidor, y se proponen sugerencias prácticas desde diferentes perspectivas: la del consumidor, la de los miembros del mercado y la del clima de seguridad para consumidores con trastornos de salud mental. El objetivo es reducir conductas inseguras y fomentar un entorno seguro, creando un ciclo positivo de seguridad. La metodología empleada en el estudio combina el análisis evolutivo de un juego, con la evaluación de la estabilidad del sistema, lo que proporciona una base sólida para comprender y abordar esta compleja dinámica. En última instancia, el estudio ofrece un camino hacia un entorno de seguridad del consumidor beneficioso para todas las partes involucradas.
