Land Management as a planning tool. Progress and Prospects in Peru

Land planning is generally recognized as "strategy" for development of the territories equitable and harmonious integral that would enable territorial sustainability and especially the quality of human life in them.
However, this recognition is at the level of politics, as stated and not necessarily territorial, no comprehensive or timely. In the areas in which has been applied, this does not diminish their theoretical and conceptual value, nor the various experiences that have been derived from it, which translated as lessons learned, gives us a chance to provide feedback processes and thus improve both the coherence and consistency there of.
