Abstract

This investigation determine the passive solar system more efficacious to warm up halfway- density housings that he become adapted to the environmental conditions and to the cultural aspects urban of Huaraz (to Southern latitude 9.5* and 3100 m above sea level).
The method has consisted in designing 5 solar passive similar housings, but with different system of solar passive heating, relating them to a typical existent construction of density housings. In order to evaluate them energetically, analysis methods of correlative simulation were utilized. The housing that has the best thermic behavior, in relation to Huaraz's inhabitants' environmental and cultural aspects, is the housing with solar system direct.
